Job summary

Circle K in Seattle is seeking a Foodservice Trainer to lead in-store execution of food programs and ensure quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

You will coach store associates, conduct training sessions, and collaborate with BUQAS teams to implement new foodservice programs while maintaining budgeted goals. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus for Quebec operations. This is a full-time, on-site role in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in FMCG retail and/or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership, and team building.
• Strong communication in English; French skills are a plus in Quebec.
• Foodservice certifications such as ServSafe or NRFSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food category expert in store operations.
• Train and coach associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, and customer service.
• Lead in-store training for foodservice programs and refresher sessions.
• Ensure FIFO food rotation and proper display per planograms.
• Monitor shrink and out-of-stocks to maximize foodservice profitability.
