Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Education/instructional, or equivalent retail training experience.
• Leading or supervisory experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Be the in-store food category expert and ensure execution to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Train, coach and mentor associates on food production, replenishment, organization and customer service.
• Lead in-store training for new Foodservice programs and refresh competencies as needed.
• Maintain FIFO food rotation and correct planogram implementation in food areas.
• Monitor shrink and stock levels to reduce out-of-stocks and improve profit.
