Job summary

Circle K in Shakopee, MN is seeking a Food Service Trainer to act as the in-store expert for food categories and lead training for associates on food execution, production, replenishment and customer service.

You will coach staff on FIFO, stocking, and planogram compliance while monitoring shrink and helping maintain food safety standards. Prior Retail/Foodservice experience and ServSafe/NRFSP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in FMCG retail and/or Foodservice
• Experience in training, leadership and team building
• Strong collaboration, cooperation, communication and organization skills
• Food Manager Certification or ServSafe/NRFSP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Food category expert in store operations
• Ensure food execution, production, replenishment and customer service are optimized
• Train and coach associates on food safety, sanitization and FIFO
• Lead in-store training and refreshers for new programs
• Manage stock levels and order food products to reduce shrink
• Monitor shrink and maximize foodservice profitability
• Ensure compliance with planograms and food safety procedures
• Coordinate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver programs
• Operate within budgeted expectations
