Target is hiring a Food Service Team Leader to guide guest interactions and operations on the sales floor. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, ensure food service standards are met, and drive inventory accuracy and guest satisfaction during busy shifts.

You will be responsible for implementing safety, training and performance expectations while maintaining brand standards across food service areas and promotions. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly experience.
• Ensure every team member understands and delivers Target’s guest experience commitments.
• Observe, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable while recognizing great moments.
• Review area metrics and take action to improve outcomes and guest engagement.
• Plan workloads to meet sales goals and support operations.
• Lead a team of hourly teammates with coaching and development.
