Responsibilities

• Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals and guest needs.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; conduct team huddles.
• Maintain food safety standards and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with store leadership to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding of new team members.
