Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and the food service operation inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of items following menus and recipes, and report to a Food Service Director on site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is at least 18, and may have prior institutional food service experience. We offer premium benefits, paid training, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, PTO, and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Ability to work on-site in a correctional facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion food per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment.
• Stand for long periods and lift/push as needed.
