Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Holbrook, AZ is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and use kitchen equipment to meet nutritional requirements while maintaining safety standards.

Report to a Food Service Director; work on-site in a jail setting. Ideal applicants have a high school diploma or GED, are at least 18, and prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils/equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; perform lifting, bending, and pushing as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
