Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail facility. You will supervise food preparation and meal service, following menus and recipes, and use a range of utensils and equipment to meet nutritional needs.

You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site in a correctional setting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 18+ years of age; prior institutional food service experience is preferred, and teamwork

• Prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain safe, healthy work environment and comply with procedures.
• Work on-site inside a jail/correctional facility.
