Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and the kitchen team in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following menus and procedures, reporting to a Food Service Director upon site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preference for prior institutional food service experience. On-site work inside a jail/correctional facility, with comprehensive benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the facility.
