Ideal candidates bring prior institutional food service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work with a team in a dynamic setting. Weekend/holiday shifts and 25–28 hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
