Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Eden, TX is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, guide inmate labor, and ensure meals are prepared and served to standard. You will manage both team members and tasks, maintaining quality and safety in a correctional facility environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for food, understands handling regulations, and can learn quickly. Training is provided; opportunities exist for growth and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience a plus.
• ServSafe certification preferred; $0.25/hr premium with certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Prepare and instruct on a variety of food items per recipes and work instructions.
• Follow facility safety and housekeeping practices in meal prep and serving.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
