Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve diverse menu items, following established work instructions and using a range of kitchen equipment.

You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site within a jail/correctional environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in institutional food service; DailyPay and other benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes; serve portions meeting nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Other duties as assigned by needs.
