Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served per recipes and schedules. The role requires coordinating with the Food Service Director and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment on-site.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for service, a basic understanding of food handling regulations, and a willingness to train others while adapting to shifts and menu changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum age 18.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food according to schedules and procedures; ensure proper portions.
• Train other food service workers and maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment and assist with menu execution.
• Support compliance with food handling regulations and nutrition needs.
