Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff during food prep and service.
• Serve meals per planned schedules and department procedures.
• Cook and portion food according to recipes and menus to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Perform physical duties including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Other duties as needed.
