Trinity Services Group in a correctional facility seeks a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared and served according to set menus and procedures.

You will train staff, maintain safety and food-handling standards, and adapt to evolving needs in a demanding, on-site environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable performance in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• We prefer prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.
