Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes, ensuring nutritional standards while supervising a team of food service workers.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, one year of experience preferred in institutional food service, and the ability to work on-site in a jail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or equivalent experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Preferred: Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees and inmates.
• Physical demands include lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for long periods.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended shifts.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
