Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor for an on-site position in a correctional facility. You will oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff, plan and serve meals, and ensure adherence to recipes and nutrition standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 18+ years of age, with preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience. Weekend/holiday availability is expected, with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• We require a high school diploma or GED, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion menus.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand and be on your feet for extended periods.
