Job summary

Qualifications

• Require a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Prepare and serve meals according to recipes and menus to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers and maintain safety standards.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
