Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations on-site inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and training guides, while leading a small team of food service workers.

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for food, knowledge of handling regulations, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset. This role reports to the Food Service Director and requires working in a jail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurant.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen staff during prep and service.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Cook and portion food using appropriate utensils and equipment.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Stand for extended periods and perform lifting as needed.
