Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals, follow menus, and train team members to maintain quality and compliance.

This role reports to the Food Service Director and offers DailyPay, a $250 Rookie’s Fast Track bonus within 60 days, and veteran-friendly employment. On-site work within a jail environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old required.
• Prior institutional food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food per planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals as per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand and perform duties for long periods; physical demands apply.
• Other duties as needed.
