Job Description: SHIFT LEADER

Aroma Joe's is in the business of fueling the modern world. Our Baristas provide a personal customer experience that is always upbeat, lively, fun, and energetic. This is a place that energizes your day, feeds your passions, and brings people together. The goal every day is to make sure everyone leaves a little happier. Aroma Joe's Shift Leaders assist Team Leaders (TLs) with daily operations, help identify areas for improvement, and recognize achievements that TLs may overlook. Shift Leaders help maintain a positive work environment that creates happy employees and customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Supporting your TL, team, customers, and community to exceed expectations.
  • Communicating with TL on various topics.
  • Performing all basic Barista tasks daily.
  • Assisting TL with inventory orders.
  • Performing equipment maintenance.
  • Supporting Customer Team Members (CTs) with training needs.
  • Assisting with daily deposits, etc.
  • Conducting weekly inventory counts.
  • Being the first point of contact when TL is unavailable.
