Job summary

Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to support our Dietary Department in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in New York. You will work closely with the Food Service Director to ensure high-quality meal service and regulatory compliance with NY DOH standards.

Responsibilities include menu planning, staff scheduling, supervising dining services staff, maintaining inventory, and completing departmental forms and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising dining services in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of dietary operations and regulatory compliance.

Northern Manhattan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Supervisor to support our Dietary Department. This role works closely with the Food Service Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting to ensure high-quality meal service while maintaining full compliance with New York Department of Health regulations.
