Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, cut, and seed vegetables and fruits.
• Weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Properly store foods, following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards for portion control and temperatures.
• Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly manner.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Interact with coworkers to maintain service standards and cash control.
