AdventHealth in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a dedicated food service team member to prepare patient, retail, and catering meals following production records. This PRN role includes day weekend shifts and working at 7700 S Broadway, Littleton CO 80122.

You will review pull sheets, prep ingredients for high-volume service, maintain a sanitary kitchen, manage inventory, and collaborate with managers to meet goals. ServeSafe certification is preferred, HS diploma preferred.

• 1+ previous food service, healthcare or customer service [Preferred]
• ServeSafe Certification (SERV) [Preferred]

• Execute advance prep tasks by reviewing pull sheets and organizing ingredients for upcoming service periods and high-volume production needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health standards and recording temperatures according to regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory by sorting, labeling, dating, and rotating stock to support food safety and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to meet operational goals, communicate needs, and support efficient food service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
