Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo is seeking a Food Service Representative to manage restaurants in a defined geographic area, building partnerships and driving growth of PepsiCo products. You will work with an established account base and search for new AFH restaurant opportunities to expand volume and revenue.

The role emphasizes negotiating new contracts, renewing existing ones, and using industry data to identify opportunities for expansion. A competitive compensation package with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifikationen

Overview

Food Service Representative will be responsible for managing restaurants in assigned geographic area. Working with a base of accounts to help increase volume and revenue as well as searching for new accounts to sell PepsiCo products

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customers satisfaction through superior service and execution.
• Acquire new Away From Home Restaurant accounts via leads, cold calling and other strategic selling solutions.
• Negotiate contracts for new business, renew current customer contracts.
• Analyze customer information by using industry data and insights to identify and expand business opportunities

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
