Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Food Service Representative to manage restaurants in the assigned geographic area, growing volume and revenue while seeking new accounts to sell PepsiCo products. Responsibilities include building partnerships, acquiring AfH accounts, negotiating contracts, and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities.

In this role you will contribute to revenue growth, leverage industry insights, and work to enhance customer satisfaction through effective service and execution.

• Acquire new Away From Home Restaurant accounts via leads, cold calling and other strategic selling solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
