Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for Dining Facility Operations at the Roy M. Wheat Galley Dining Facility in NAS Meridian, MS. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years in multi-entrée food service, with supervisory experience, and military food service expertise (E-7 or higher). Responsibilities include leading dining operations, supervising a food service team, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position requires 24/7 emergency availability and offers an opportunity to manage high-volume operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée food service for 100+ patrons with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• 3+ years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher.
• Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past 2 years.
• Sanitation and food safety certification within the past 4 years.

Location: Roy M. Wheat Galley Dining Facility, NAS Meridian, MS

Schedule: Mon–Sun, 4:30 AM – 6:30 PM (On-site; 24/7 emergency availability)

• Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Government and contracting teams.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée food service for 100+ patrons, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Military Background: 3+ years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher (warrant/commissioned officer experience acceptable).
• Specialized Skills: Experience in contingency or emergency feeding operations within the past 2 years.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: Sanitation and food safety certification within the past 4 years.
