Job summary

You will schedule deliveries, manage inventory, train staff, and supervise production activities across kitchens while ensuring accurate meal counts and par level maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–9 years of related food service experience.
• High School Diploma required; New York State Driver’s License.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating production and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Production aspect of food services and ensures compliance with health care regulations.
• Mentors and trains Food Service Staff on meal production procedures.
• Schedules deliveries and manages receiving and inventory of food service products.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels and par levels; handles ordering and distribution.
• Ensures safety and sanitation policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitors daily meal counts for regulatory documentation; maintains equipment and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Replaces or fills in for staff as needed and supports quality control.
