Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring and/or delegating work in a manufacturing facility.
• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment; dairy/cheese experience preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.

• Partners with Production Manager to achieve operational objectives.
