Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5+ years of administrative support and/or customer service experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
• ERP systems experience preferred; ability to learn food service data systems required.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate surveys, menus, nutrition education materials, temperature sheets, and in-service training materials for Home Delivered Meals, Congregate Sites, and Commercial programs.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, billing, statistical data, and program documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
• Enter and maintain menu and food service data and support monthly physical inventory processes.
• Support kitchen staff, drivers, Site Managers, the Registered Dietitian, purchasing, and department leadership with administrative and operational needs.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
