Break Time is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, including profitability, inventory, labor, and customer service. You will oversee food preparation, handle scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability which may include all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers with fast, friendly service and handle complaints.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Follow guidelines for food preparation, monitor times and temperatures, rotate and portion items.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and service areas.
• Manage store food service programs, train staff, and maintain labor schedules within budget.
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and teammates.
