Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to manage a team and train staff
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Card or equivalent
• ServeSafe certification or ability to complete course
• Physically able to move products in coolers/freezers
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide fast and friendly service, and handle complaints promptly
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques
• Prepare food following recipes and guidelines, monitor temperatures and inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and service areas
• Supervise store food service programs, manage labor schedules and budgets
• Provide input on evaluations and train new staff
• Collaborate with management and vendors for loss control and compliance
• Operate store technology including POS and record-keeping systems
