Break Time Food Service Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the formal food service programs, which include but are not limited to sales profitability, expense control, waste control, inventory, labor control, and customer service. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service; handle complaints promptly.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Prepare food following guidelines and maintain safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory; ensure proper storage and rotation.
• Supervise staff, train on prep and execution, and manage labor schedules.
• Use POS systems, complete shift reports, and maintain records.
