Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of related management experience.
• Food safety certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unit operations planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct staff.
• Maintain records, daily reports, cash control, and P&L awareness.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Ensure safe facility environment and proper food handling and sanitation.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, and vendors.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
