Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, 18+.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in a food service position.
• Three years of experience working in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with food service management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and manage the facility food service operation.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review and approve payroll weekly.
• Maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee quantity of food prepared per plan.
• Ensure safety and compliance in operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reports.
• Oversee maintenance programs for assets.
