Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Customer Service Representative responsibilities.
• Partner with management to ensure FiveStar customer service in food service per policies.
• Stay current on health and food safety regulations (sanitation, storage, temps, etc.).
• Follow policies on inventory, food quality, equipment maintenance, and production guides.
• Coordinate with General Managers on communications, specials, and programs.
• Merchandise with signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products.
• Promote FiveStar food service promotions.
• Collaborate with General Manager to train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities.
