FiveStar is seeking a Food Service Manager to partner with the General Manager in planning, supervising, and managing operations in the food service area. Responsibilities include communication, merchandising, customer service, and training of staff to ensure high standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of food service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a professional appearance with strong time management. This is an on-site position based in Bowling Green, KY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage operations in the food service area.

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and production guides for food preparation.
• Merchandise with signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products.
• Promote company food service sales promotions.
• Train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities.
