Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Leads a team and can work independently.
• Attend food safety training and obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• ServeSafe certified or able to complete course.
• Perform duties accurately with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to move products in cooler/freezer.
• Stand for up to nine hours per shift.
• Proficient with basic computer/office tasks.
• Occasionally ascend/descend ladders for inventory.
• English proficiency for communication.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, provide fast, friendly service, and handle transactions accurately.
• Promote sales using suggestive selling techniques.
• Oversee food preparation, monitor temperatures, cleanliness, rotations, and portions; manage inventory.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and food service areas; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Train and supervise staff; manage weekly labor schedules within budget; ensure safety training.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, employees and management.
• Assist management with evaluations and disciplinary actions; participate in training new employees; manage loss control.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of a high-performing team; uphold policies and regulatory compliance.
• Operate POS, labeling systems, and other technology; perform shift reports and maintain records.
• Other duties as assigned.
