Job summary

MFA Oil is seeking Break Time Sales Associates to deliver fast, friendly service at our Break Time convenience store in Missouri. You will process transactions, stock shelves, and help with food preparation while following all company policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Flexible availability to work, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations to make change and complete shift reports

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, conduct accurate and efficient transactions, and address concerns courteously
• Merchandise, price, promote, stock, clean, and front merchandise including the cooler
• Maintain timely, professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff
• Operate POS systems and complete shift reports using store technology
• Assist management in training staff and performing loss-control duties
• Prepare and service food items per guidelines and maintain food safety
