Responsabilidades

• Availablity across evenings and weekends to provide exceptional guest service.
• Drive for company business with a valid license and insurance, per policy.
• Maintain safety standards and report injuries to Store Management.
• Greet guests and deliver consistent, friendly service.
• Uphold Par Mar image with professional dress and conduct.
• Complete shift duties including cleaning, stocking, and area upkeep.
• Develop staff by training and supervising to meet daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol, tobacco, health regulations; manage waste.
• Prevent loss through accurate paperwork, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Support store promotions and community events.
• Receive merchandise accurately and verify invoices.
• Follow vendor procedures to protect assets and ensure product quality.
