Par Mar Stores in Marietta, OH seeks a Customer Service Associate to ensure guests receive prompt and reliable service. You will work with a team, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing needs while upholding store standards.

You will handle transactions, verify age-restricted products, prepare food and beverages, keep the store clean and organized, perform record-keeping, and complete daily paperwork. Must be at least 16 and complete training.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain store to management needs while delivering excellent customer service.
• Complete transactions by scanning or keying prices, finalize sale and collect payment.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted products (tobacco, alcohol and lottery).
• Prepare food and beverages to meet customer expectations per safety standards.
• Keep store, register area and backroom clean and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness outside of the store.
• Ensure deliveries are made according to company policy.
• Maintain a safe/secure environment following safety procedures.
• Record time worked and complete daily paperwork.
