Par Mar Stores is seeking a Food Service Associate to provide prompt and reliable service to every guest. You will work as part of a team, handle transactions at the register, prepare food and beverages, and ensure compliance with age-restricted products.

The role emphasizes food handling safety, maintaining a clean store and kitchen areas, operating cooking equipment, and completing daily paperwork and time records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must successfully complete company training.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the store to the needs of management while giving excellent customer service to each guest.
• Complete customer transactions by scanning products or manually keying price into register, finalize sale and collect payment.
• Ensure compliance with age restricted products such as tobacco, alcohol and lottery.
• Prepare food and beverage to meet customer expectations.
• Familiarity with food handling, safety and other food service guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, register area and backroom.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Properly operate cooking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness outside of the store.
• Ensure all deliveries are made according to company policy.
• Maintain safe/secure environment adhering to company safety methods.
• Properly record time worked.
• Complete daily paperwork/record-keeping.
