Job summary

Thorntons LLC seeks a General Manager in Florida to lead store operations, ensure a fast, friendly, fresh and in-stock shopping experience, and achieve performance targets. You will train and coach staff, drive safety and quality, and improve financial performance year over year under the Plan to Win strategy.

The GM oversees food production, inventory, scheduling, and brand standards while fostering a positive guest experience and a motivated team.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years single-unit management in retail and/or food and beverage industries
Food safety and handling certifications preferred
Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Drive a safety culture by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment for all Team Members and Guests
Oversee daily execution of the Store Operating System to deliver a consistent Guest/brand experience
Grow top line P&L performance and control key financials; develop plans to meet budget
Track and manage inventory and submit accurate orders
Recruit, interview, hire and schedule Team Members
Train and empower Team Members to de-escalate guest service issues
Promote sales and profits within the local community
Maintain regular, predictable in-person attendance
