Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and ensure store is clean and well stocked.
• Maintain professional image and compliance with company standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Perform financial analysis to maximize sales and profits.
