Circle K in Cottage Grove, MN is seeking a full-time Food Service Trainer to act as the in-store Food Category expert and lead all food execution activities. You will train, coach and support associates on production, replenishment, ordering, organization, and customer service while ensuring food safety standards are consistently met.

You will plan tastings, conduct in-store training on new programs, and monitor FIFO rotation and planogram compliance to minimize waste and maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods retail and/or Foodservice.
• Experience in training, leadership, team building.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP) required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Food Category expert in-store and ensure food operations run to maximize sales and minimize waste.
• Train and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
