Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking an in-store Food Service Trainer in Crosby, MN.

The role requires full-time availability to support weekdays and weekends, focusing on food category expertise, training, and compliant operations to maximize sales and minimize waste. You will coach associates on food production, replenishment, organization, FIFO rotation and customer service, while coordinating sampling events and new program onboarding.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent education or retail training experience.
Leading or supervisory experience desired.

Mansioni

Be the in-store Food Category expert and ensure food operational execution to maximize sales and minimize waste.
Train, mentor and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitation and customer service.
Serve as the go-to person for food product and service questions in-store.
Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
Lead in-store trainings on new Foodservice programs and refresh trainings as needed.
Follow FIFO and Planogram for food display and rotation.
Assist in ordering food products to reduce out-of-stocks and shrink.
Monitor shrink while improving sales to maximize foodservice profit.
Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver Foodservice training programs.
Uphold food safety practices and procedures.
Analyze BUQAS visits and recommend actions within budget.
