Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Food Safety & Training Supervisor to lead store teams in food safety, quality assurance, and product knowledge. You will supervise training, conduct seminars, and ensure compliant operations across assigned stores.

You will collaborate with category managers and district leadership to keep materials current, coach under-performing stores, and drive food service initiatives. This role emphasizes real-time issue resolution and strong cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in training store teams on product offerings and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise training and educate store teams on product offerings with emphasis on Food Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Visit assigned stores on a set schedule to provide FSQA monitoring.
• Conduct seminars to instruct store teams on equipment and processes; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, BU leadership, and store teams to ensure training materials are current and compliant.
• Coach under-performing stores and coordinate with District Managers on market opportunities.
• Oversee food service projects and maintain a database of training sessions and visits.
