Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' FMCG retail or foodservice experience.
• Experience in training, leadership and team building.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP) required.
• Strong English communication; French is a plus in Quebec.

Responsabilités

• Food category expert in store; ensure execution to maximize sales and reduce waste.
• Train and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment, ordering, organization, sanitization and customer service.
• Be the go-to person for questions about food products and services.
• Plan and execute food sampling for employees and customers.
• Lead in-store training on new Foodservice programs; train-the-trainer approach.
• Conduct refresher training activities as needed.
• Ensure foodservice areas are stocked and rotated using FIFO.
• Display items per current Planogram; assist in ordering to lower stockouts and shrink.
• Monitor shrink while improving sales; maximize foodservice profit.
• Collaborate with BUQAS trainers to deliver programs.
• Maintain food safety practices and BUQAS recommendations.
• Operate within budgeted expectations.
