Job summary

Circle K in Parma, Ohio is seeking a Store Foodservice Trainer to lead in-store training and ensure foodservice excellence. You will coach team members on food preparation, presentation, rotation, and safety, while delivering program training and maintaining standards.

The role requires strong communication in English, two years of FMCG/foodservice experience, and the ability to operate within budgeted expectations. Full-time store-based position with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail/foodservice training experience preferred.
• Food safety certifications (ServSafe or NRFSP) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach store associates on food execution, production, replenishment and customer service.
• Lead in-store trainings on new Foodservice programs and refresher sessions.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper food safety practices.
• Plan food sampling and maintain food display per planogram.
• Monitor shrink, stock levels and prevent Out Of Stocks in food items.
