Job summary

Circle K is seeking an in-store Foodservice Trainer to lead daily food categories, train associates, and ensure proper food execution. You will coach staff on production, replenishment, sanitation and customer service, while maintaining FIFO and food safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and teamwork, with experience in training and supervisory duties. Flexible shift and full-time Hours, with growth opportunities in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Manager Certification (ServSafe or NRFSP) desirable.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store foodservice execution and training for associates.
• Plan and execute food sampling for staff and customers.
• Train employees on food production, replenishment, sanitation and service.
• Maintain FIFO rotation and ensure food safety practices.
• Assist with order placement to minimize stockouts and shrink.
• Monitor shrink and maximize foodservice profitability.
• Collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to deliver programs.
• Operate within budgeted expectations.
